Homes by Dominique has been fitting bathrooms in Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Monifieth, Carnoustie and the wider Angus area since 1993. In that time we have delivered hundreds of rooms, from principal en-suites in Broughty Ferry villas to compact family bathrooms in Dundee tenements and heritage suites in period stone cottages across the countryside.
Every bathroom we deliver is strip-out to finish by our own trades. Our tilers, plumbers and electricians work to a single drawing set. Our joiners build vanities in-house. Our decorators finish the room the week before handover. That continuity shows in the gap between the basin and the wall, the alignment of the tile with the grout joint, and the silicone line you did not notice because it was dressed properly.
We work across three temperaments: the everyday family bathroom built for wet towels and three kids, the principal en-suite built for the quietest room in the house, and the heritage bathroom where the ironmongery has to look like it came with the building.
Built for daily life. Robust finishes, large-format tile, sensible storage, thermostatic bar mixers, anti-slip floor grades, and lighting zoned for morning and bedtime routines.
Drawn as the quietest room in the house. Walk-in showers with fixed glass, concealed cisterns, illuminated mirror, underfloor heat, and lighting that sits mostly below eye level for evening use.
Traditional ironmongery, high-level cistern or roll-top bath where the building calls for it. Period fittings spec’d without looking costume. Drawn to sit naturally in Edwardian, Victorian or stone-built properties.
Often the smallest room, the most-used on party night. Wall-hung WCs, compact vanities, shelf-only basins, character wallpaper — treated as a room, not a utility.
Electric mat or wet UFH, thermostatically zoned. Warms a stone or porcelain floor before anyone stands on it, and doubles as primary room heat in well-insulated en-suites.
Every wet area — shower wall, bath wall, floor around the shower — tanked beneath the tile. Leaks through tiled walls are a fitting failure. We don’t fit bathrooms that are going to leak.
