Homes by Dominique invests in property as well as building it. Three decades inside the trade gives us a clearer eye on what a tired house actually costs to bring back, what an inherited flat can realistically rent at after a proper refit, and which commercial buildings have an upper-floor or change-of-use angle worth pursuing.

We will look at single units, portfolios, partial-completion projects, plot-with-permission, and unfinished new-builds. We will look at residential, commercial, mixed-use and conversion-potential buildings. We will look at off-market introductions before the agent gets the instruction. If the deal works, we will move quickly — cash, no chain, no surveys we have to brief out.

For owners with a property they would rather sell than spend on, we offer a direct buy-out, a renovate-and-share assisted sale (see our Assisted Sales offer), or a joint-venture share where you stay on the title and we put the build capital and project management in.

For owners of stalled or inherited property — we renovate at our cost, market the property on, and share the uplift on completion. No upfront spend from you.

Where the property has potential and the owner wants to stay on title, we structure a clear share agreement, put in the build capital and project management, and share the value created.

Solicitors, estate agents and family members with a property that needs handling discreetly — introduce us before the property is listed. We will look quickly and treat the conversation in confidence.

Commercial buildings, upper-floor conversion opportunities, change-of-use plays. Anything where build experience tilts the deal favourably.

Are you actually buying right now?
Yes. We have a continuous appetite for the right deal. The right deal is more about the property and price than about timing — if the numbers work, we move.
Why come to you rather than an estate agent?
Speed, certainty and discretion. We do not need surveys to commit. We will not retract the offer in the eleventh hour. And we will not list a sensitive sale through the local agent network unless you choose to.
What is the difference between this and your assisted sales offer?
Property investment is a direct or partnered acquisition where we take a stake. Assisted sales is a service where we renovate your property at our cost, sell it on, and share the gain. Same trade base, different deal structures.
