The appointment runs in three stages: a home survey with Dominique, a drawn design returned to you a fortnight later, and a full written scope you sign off before a single trade is booked. No surprise line items on the final invoice. No hand-off to an installer we have never met.
We also specify worktops (quartz, granite, ceramic, solid stone), flooring, lighting, splashbacks, appliances, and the extractor you will actually see every day. The design is only finished when every surface is on the drawing.

Templated, cut and installed by our own fitters. Quartz, granite, ceramic and solid-surface. Edge profiles, sinks and splashbacks drawn before the fabricator quotes.
Under-cabinet, task, pendant and ambient, circuited correctly at the design stage, not added in at the end when the plasterer has already finished.
We plan appliances around use, not brochure. Induction or gas, single oven or combination, boiling tap or kettle zone, wine cooler or pantry. Decided with you.
When the space allows, a bespoke island drawn to the room, not to the catalogue. Seating, sockets, refuse, waste and ventilation designed in before the cabinetry is ordered.
